Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: March 11, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of services provided by Key Method LLC (“Key Method,” “Studio,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing classes, memberships, or participating in studio activities, you agree to these Terms.
1. Studio Participation
Participation in classes and services offered by Key Method LLC is voluntary.
All participants must review and sign the studio’s Liability Waiver and Release of Liability prior to participating in any classes or studio activities.
2. Class Reservations
All classes must be booked in advance through the studio’s booking system.
Class availability is limited and reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Key Method LLC reserves the right to modify class schedules, instructors, or class formats when necessary.
3. First Class Arrival Policy
Clients attending their first class must arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the class start time in order to receive an introduction to the studio, equipment, and class procedures.
New clients who arrive late may not be permitted to participate in class and may be asked to reschedule their class.
This policy is in place to ensure that all participants receive proper instruction on the safe use of studio equipment.
4. Late Arrival Policy
Participants must arrive on time for class.
For safety and class flow, entry may be denied if a participant arrives after the class has begun.
If entry is denied due to late arrival, the class may be treated as a late cancellation or no-show, and the applicable class credit may be forfeited.
5. Cancellation Policy
Clients must cancel their reservation within the cancellation window specified at the time of booking.
Cancellations made outside of the cancellation window may result in a late cancellation, and the class credit or applicable fee may be forfeited.
6. No-Show Policy
Clients who reserve a class and fail to attend without cancelling within the required cancellation window may be considered a no-show.
No-shows may result in:
• loss of the class credit
• applicable late cancellation or no-show fee
7. Excessive Late Cancellations Policy
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may negatively impact class availability for other clients.
Key Method LLC reserves the right to limit booking privileges, suspend accounts, or restrict reservations for clients who repeatedly violate the cancellation policy.
8. Waitlist Policy
If a class is full, clients may join the waitlist.
If a spot becomes available, clients may be automatically added to the class and notified through the booking system.
Once added to the class, the standard cancellation policy applies.
9. Memberships
Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the member who purchased them.
Membership billing cycles, renewal terms, and cancellation requirements will be disclosed at the time of purchase.
Memberships may automatically renew unless cancelled according to the studio’s membership cancellation policy.
10. Membership Freeze Policy
Members may request a temporary membership freeze for circumstances such as travel, medical reasons, or other approved situations.
Membership freezes:
• must be requested in advance
• may be limited to a specific number of freezes per year
• may be subject to a freeze fee
Memberships cannot be used while frozen, and billing may be paused for the approved freeze period.
Key Method LLC reserves the right to approve or deny freeze requests.
11. Packages & Auto-Debit Authorization
By purchasing a class package or membership, the client authorizes Key Method LLC to charge the payment method on file for:
• purchases
• recurring membership dues
• late cancellation fees
• no-show fees
Clients are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date payment information.
12. Package Expiration
Class packages must be used within the expiration period stated at the time of purchase.
Expired classes will not be reinstated or refunded unless otherwise required by law.
Key Method LLC reserves the right to review extension requests on a case-by-case basis.
13. Payments and Refunds
All purchases made with Key Method LLC are final.
Classes, packages, and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise required by law.
Key Method LLC reserves the right to correct billing or pricing errors if they occur.
14. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Clients agree to contact the studio directly to resolve any billing concerns.
Clients agree not to initiate credit card chargebacks or payment disputes without first attempting to resolve the issue with Key Method LLC.
Failure to follow this policy may result in suspension or termination of studio access.
15. Account Responsibility
Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login information.
All activity conducted through a client’s account will be considered authorized by the account holder.
16. Studio Conduct
Participants are expected to behave respectfully and follow instructor guidance.
Key Method LLC reserves the right to refuse service or remove any participant who:
• behaves in an unsafe or disruptive manner
• fails to follow instructor instructions
• misuses studio equipment
17. Right to Refuse Service
Key Method LLC reserves the right to refuse service or terminate participation for any client who violates studio policies or creates an unsafe or disruptive environment.
