Hi, my name is Katie. I’m a South Bay instructor who has taught at multiple studios, working across different methods, machines, and client needs.
I started as a client, first in Lagree, then in Pilates after moving to the South Bay. I trained consistently and experienced both sides. I saw what each method did well. I also saw what was missing.
As an instructor, I paid attention. I learned how different machines change resistance. I saw how programming affects results. I listened to what clients liked, what challenged them, and what kept them coming back.
The workout mattered. The environment mattered. The community mattered. But rarely were all three aligned in one place. After years of building within other studios, I decided to build my own.
I listened. I learned. Now I lead.
