Yes! At Key Method, we teach according to individual ability levels, making our classes accessible for both beginners and experienced clients. Our instructors are trained to guide you through any necessary modifications or adjustments.

Grip socks, grip socks, grip socks! They keep you from slipping and make everything feel much more secure during class. If you forget yours, no worries, grip socks are available for rent or purchase at the studio. Grip gloves are also a great option if your palms tend to get sweaty.

Yes, there are 41 parking spots available. Easy parking, no hunting for street parking and no coins needed.

If it’s your first time at the studio, we recommend arriving about 10 minutes early so we can get you checked in and oriented. If you’re a regular, arriving on time means being ready BEFORE class starts.
